HOW TO ENTER

1. The Nickels for Nickelback promotions will begin on Monday, March 16, 2009 on or around 6:00 am (C.S.T.) and end on Friday, April 10, 2009 on or around 10:00 am (C.S.T.).
2. To participate in the contest, you must collect as many nickels (.05 cents) (legal U.S. currency only) as possible.  The Woody Show featuring Woody and Robynne will promote on 94.1 KTFM that listeners may collect as many nickels as possible to win a Nickelback concert prize.  On Friday, April 10, 2009 between (6:00 am and 10:00 am C.S.T.) listeners must be in line by 10:00 am (C.S.T.).  Listeners must drop off nickels at the Capital One Bank located at 18460 Blanco Road / San Antonio, TX 78258.  We will only accept nickels at this location and they must be counted by Capital One Bank at 18460 Blanco Road during the time we have previously stated in order to be valid.  We will only accept United States of America nickels that are legal tender.  We will take the nickels and count them using a money counting machine.  We will assume the machine is accurate and everyone will go by the results of this machine.  At the end of the promotion (April 10, 2009 at or around 10:00 am Central Standard Time) who ever has the most money will win the Nickelback Concert Grand Prize which consists of a pair of tickets to the April 14, 2009 concert at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas – Backstage passes for two – Dinner for Two ($100 value).  Everyone who brings by their nickels to be entered into the drawing will automatically donate their total amount to the St. Jude Ranch for Children.  No money will be returned.  Listeners may only submit/enter one time.  Once your nickels have been counted you may not enter again.  Entrants may only submit U.S. nickels…no other U.S. or other Country currency will be accepted for this contest.  94.1 KTFM is not responsible for any malfunctions that may be attributed to the accuracy of the money counting machine.   
3. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS 

1. The contest is open to all 94.1 KTFM listeners who are at least 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in the greater San Antonio, TX area.  Any participants under the age of 18 must have written/verifiable consent from a parent/legal guardian in order to collect the prize. Employees of 94.1 KTFM, St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
2. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
3. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and 94.1 KTFM will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  94.1 KTFM will also disqualify and delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13.

PRIZES

1. Only one person will win the Nickelback grand prize:  Two (2) tickets to the Nickelback concert on April 14, 2009 at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas, two (2) backstage passes to the same concert and dinner up to a $100 value.  Approx retail value:  $300.00
2. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of 94.1 KTFM, 4050 Eisenhauer Road, San Antonio, TX 78218.  The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed by April 14, 2009 at 5:30 pm. 
3. Note: There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability or where required by law. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Decisions of 94.1 KTFM management with respect to the contest are final.
2. Potential winners will be selected at random from valid entries each weekday.
3. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of valid entries received, as applicable. 
4. Winner will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail address.

CONDITIONS

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.  Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. 
3. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, 94.1 KTFM in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold 94.1 KTFM, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
4. 94.1 KTFM, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the 94.1 KTFM Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules.  It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
5. 94.1 KTFM reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. 
6. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of 94.1 KTFM.
7. 94.1 KTFM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
