St. Jude's Ranch for Children has a National Board of Trustees that functions as the governing board for all of St. Jude's Ranch for Children and sets the strategy and direction for the entire organization. Each of the three campus has a Local Board of Trustees that acts as an advisory board and assist in local fund raising efforts. Each Local Board of Trustees appoints three representatives to sit as members of the National Board of Trustees thus ensuring local representation on the National level.
