Board Governance
St. Jude’s Ranch for Children’s National Board of Trustees functions as the governing board setting the strategy and direction for the entire organization. Each campus has a Local Board of Trustees that acts as an advisory board and assists in local fund raising efforts. Each Local Board of Trustees appoints three representatives to sit as members on the National Board of Trustees thus ensuring local representation at the national level.
